Darling Way Shipping & Return Policy

We are a small, female-owned and operated, local business; not an online only dropshipping site. All online orders are shipped from our brick & mortar store in Houston, TX. We make every effort to get online orders shipped out ASAP. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day via USPS. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Pick-Up In Store - Choose Pick-Up as the shipping method during checkout to buy online and pick up your order at the Darling Way cottage, 3423 White Oak Dr Houston, TX 77007. Orders are generally ready for pick-up within 30 minutes.

USPS First Class with Tracking - We ship online orders via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Shipping is $5 for orders less than $75.  Orders over $75 will ship free!

Same Day Delivery (Houston Area Only) - If you live within 30 miles of Darling Way, we can offer you Same Day Delivery if you place your order before 4pm. 

**Same Day Delivery Rates are for weekdays. Extra fee may apply for weekends. Please contact us to confirm delivery cost. 

RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final Unless Otherwise Noted Below.

Online Orders

We know that sizing can be difficult when buying lingerie online. Please feel free to call or email us prior to completing your purchase to get our size recommendation. 

Non-packaged/boxed apparel items purchased online may be exchanged or returned for store credit under the following conditions:

• Item is unworn, in original condition, and still has tags attached
• Buyer emails us at info@darlingway.com within 7 days of receiving order to notify us of return
• Item is shipped back to us at buyer's cost, or brought to the store if you live in Houston, within 7 days of receiving the order. 

Frisky Room

All Frisky Room item sales, both online and in store, are final with the exception of vibrators that are covered under warranty. In the event, that a vibrator becomes defective during the warranty period, just return it to us and we will replace it for you.
